Return & Refund Policy – Haskify
At Haskify, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number / receipt) is required.
⚠️ Please note: Certain items such as skincare and hygiene-related products cannot be returned if opened or used, due to safety and hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Personal care items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Products damaged due to misuse
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video evidence.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After 12 hours, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
